A Visual home inspection is not a code inspection, but inspectors have a good working knowledge of code, both past and present. Example- A home built in 1950 will not have the same code as a home built today.
I schedule about 4-5 hrs for an average single family Home. Its your potential new home so I encourage your attendance, however distractions can sometimes interfere In my work. I recommend all questions be saved for the end of my inspection.
I am based in Woodbury MN but I provide service in the entire Metro Area.
You can reach us by phone, Email, or if you simply click any schedule Your Inspection Button, fill out the forms indicating your address to be inspected and follow the prompts to schedule.
Upon receiving payment, your report will be delivered electronically and as desired as a pdf. Any videos included in the electronic report will not be visible in the pdf. You will receive your report within a 24-hr. period following the end of the inspection processes.
I encourage the client to attend the home inspections so I can give a brief walk-through of any major defects I may have discover while they discover and learn about their home. I offer discounts to Veterans and provide seasonal discounts – Call for more info

I do not accept Checks of any kind.
The. inspection Report Is important to read and Understand. The inspector writes a report to inform you of all discrepancies. It is then up to you to decide if you want to go forward with the purchase, or not.The Inspectors roll is to inform and educate.
